Why Reading is Important.

Reading is not just an activity—it’s a gateway to infinite worlds, ideas, and experiences. Through the pages of a book, we encounter new perspectives, emotions, and realities, enriching our understanding of the world

READ and REAP Literacy Initiative is an educational non-profit in Nigeria that promotes learning. To build and promote the reading culture. For the past 5 years, we have consistently been reading at least one book monthly. In the Year 2021, we directly gave SS1 students of GSS Gwagwa, Abuja, 150 Financial Accounting Textbooks, and over 3000 exercise books and pens. We currently engage in Career Days in schools and give scholarships to indigent students.
